Heat Treatment
Nine computer controlled chamber type furnaces are available with water and oil quench baths for heat treatments such as homogenizing, normalizing, austenitizing, annealing, tempering and stress relieving.

Temperature range from 200ºC to 1200ºC

Machining
An assortment of vertical and horizontal lathes capable of turning parts up to 4 meters in diameter. A variety of CNC milling machines with up to 3.5m travel and capacity for parts weighing up to 15 tons. Urdan can machine most of the parts produced by the company.
Fabricating
Precision sheet metal fabricating, including shearing, bending, welding, finishing, assembling.
Assembly Lines
With the equipment available at Urdan, our personnel can build assemblies such as heavy support rollers for the cement industry, large pumps for power stations, complex gear boxes and more.
